Meal Planning Week One

This Meal Plan is for your first week on the Ketogenic Diet. With the ultimate goal to stay at about 20 carbs I have included the recipes I have used to help me lose 97 pounds to date. I will include  a fat-protein-carb count for each recipe to help you maintain that goal as you mix and match some of the recipes. You may want to “beef up” some of the meals when you are first starting. They might seem a little skimpy at first so add items that will keep you within your carb goals. Later on your journey we will address “carb cycling” where you can add more carbs for a day or two and then cycle back into ketosis. For now, we are keeping it simple but very keto delicious. You can start on any day of the week, the secret is to just get started and success will happen very rapidly. Please Note: All if these recipes are being shared on this blog during the month of July. You will also find many other keto recipes available on this blog so look around and enjoy your new lifestyle.
