When we first start a ketogenic or Paleo diet we run into a challenge of what foods to buy and what foods to get rid of.

The first thing you will be told is to get rid of all processed foods. I kind of agree but there are some “processed” foods you will want to keep at the beginning because you might need them until such time as you decide to make your own or change recipe ingredients.
Items like a keto friendly sugar free tomato sauce, olives, artichoke hearts, and capers, to name a few.

A simple, basic list would include the following items on a keto diet”
