The things I didn’t accomplish this past year

The things I didn’t accomplish this past year

I have been reviewing the things I didn’t accomplish this past year and it seems that I could have done a little better if I had kept my focus and kept at it.

Now I’ve got a question for you.

But before I ask, here’s WHY I want to ask…but first I will tell you a little about my goals.

I’ve realized that of all the things I want to accomplish in 2018 (being healthier, wealthier, and wiser…), there are two goals that are most important for me.

When I found out this past fall that I have cancer I started doing the research to find out how it can be treated without spending $50,000 on chemo and radiation. Recently (in September 2017), a group of California researchers published a paper on how the Keto (ketogenic) diet extends longevity and health. The results of a keto diet were superb – both physically and mentally.

However, when thinking about that study, here’s what I realized:

You and I already know 95% of what we need to know (particularly to be healthier).

When I look back at 2017, anything I didn’t achieve was really just because I didn’t do what I already knew I should be doing.

So that’s when I realized that for 2018, there are two goals that are more important than anything else:

  1. To actually do the things I already know; and
  2. To focus first on my energy and health, since that’s what allows me to do everything else.

It sounds so simple (but not easy)…

The problem is that we often get overwhelmed, don’t know where to start, don’t hold ourselves accountable, or just let life get in the way.

So here’s my question for you: What do you want for 2018?

If you’re in the same boat – particularly when it comes to your health – then let’s make this year different.  And I’ve got the perfect way to get started…

The Keto40 which you can find out more about Here

I don’t know if you’ve heard about the Keto40 or not. It’s something my friends Kate, Louise, and Jeremy created pretty recently.

And it’s the best tool I know of right now to kick-start your new year – to lose weight, boost your energy, and start healing some underlying issues.

It’s a 40-day program where Kate, Louise, and Jeremy guide you step-by-step and day-by-day on what to eat, what exercises to do, and exactly what to focus on to optimize your body’s ability to burn fat and boost energy.

Kate is a Keto coach, and Louise and Jeremy are co-founders of The Keto Summit.  So this is exactly what they’ve all been helping people with for years.

But there is a catch. Here’s the catch…

They did this with a small group of people in October, and they’re doing it again on January 3rd. The results with the first group were AMAZING, but again, they’re only going to accept a small group of people.

If you feel like you could benefit from focused, step-by-step guidance, then the Keto40 program is your chance to get all of their expertise and guidance for much much less.

And by following along just for the next 40 days and 40 nights, you’ll completely change the way that your body fuels itself and also the way you look and feel.

If you feel like you’re interested in being part of this small group, then please take a moment to find out more. Here

The Keto40 program starts on January 3rd, so you’ll only be able to sign up for the next few days.

I’m super excited about this program – I know it can make a huge difference for you and your health.

Having a Keto expert to guide you for the next 6 weeks will make your life simpler and help you get results faster.

So, start your year on the best footing possible.

Check out the program Here and be ready to enjoy all the benefits in coming year.

Of course I will be sharing my 2018 ketogenic lifestyle with you right here on this blog. It will include many of the recipes we enjoy in our house, tips where to buy some of the harder to find items you might want to find, and of articles about the Whole Foods lifestyle, healthy living and enjoying life a little more in the coming year. I hope to see you here often.
